First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
Once it's hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/ vegan butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
Pour the batter to make a thick medium sized crêpe dosa like a big pancake with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video).
Let it cook for 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour. ( cooks quicker with a lid on top)
Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes and it's just about done..
Add all the toppings and let it cook for 2 minutes with a lid on top with medium low heat.
Enjoy the Pizza Crêpe dosa with any choice of toppings!
