Pizza dosa - Plant based

Yummy pizza dosa is so easy with crêpe dosa batter

  • 1 portion Crêpe Dosa batter
  • 1 handful Vegan grated cheese
  • 3 tbsp Vegan cooked mince meat mixed with tomato sauce can be alternated with other marinated or plain plant based meat.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped peppers can be altered with other toppings of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Sliced mushrooms can be altered with other toppings of your choice


  • First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
  • Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
  • Once it's hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/ vegan butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
  • Pour the batter to make a thick medium sized crêpe dosa like a big pancake with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video).
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour. ( cooks quicker with a lid on top)
  • Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes and it's just about done..
  • Add all the toppings and let it cook for 2 minutes with a lid on top with medium low heat.
  • Enjoy the Pizza Crêpe dosa with any choice of toppings!
