Quesadilla Dosa - Plant Based

  • 1 portion Crêpe Dosa batter
  • 2 tbsp Chopped peppers
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp Vegan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp Mexican spice mix
  • 1 tbsp Oil


  • First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
  • Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
  • Once its hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
  • Make the 2 plain crêpe dosa with our Crêpe dosa batter by spreading out the batter in a circular motion using the back of the ladle and make a thin crêpe.(check out the video)
  • Let it cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and flip it and cook for about a minute and its just about done.
  • Transfer the dosa to a clean work surface .
  • On a hot pan add 1 teaspoon oil and saute peppers, sliced onions , chopped garlic with some mexican spice mix until they are soft and cooked.
  • Now preheat the oven at 180*c and place the dosa on an oven tray & spread the ingredients and sprinke the vegan cheese. cover with another dosa on top and cook it until cheese melts.
  • Once cheese melted remove it from the oven and transfer it to a chopping board cut into pieces to share and enjoy!
