Pancake dosa - plant based

Tasty sweet treat can be made with crêpe dosa batter

  • 1 portion crêpe dosa Batter
  • 1 tbsp Honey / Sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Vegan chocolate spread
  • 1 tbsp chopped / sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp whole / sliced Fresh raspberries you can alter it with your own choice of fruits


  • First add sweetener / honey to the batter as per your taste.
  • Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
  • Once it's hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/ vegan butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
  • Pour the batter to make a thick medium sized crêpe dosa like a pancake with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video).
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and it cooks quicker if you cover with a lid.
  • Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes and it's just about done.
  • Garnish it with the vegan chocolate spread followed by other toppings and Enjoy!
