Waffle Dosa - Plant based

Delightful dessert waffle can be made with crêpe dosa batter

Equipment

  • waffle maker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 portion Crêpe Dosa batter
  • 1 tbsp Honey / Sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Vegan Whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp Vegan chocolate flakes
  • 1 tbsp Sliced / chopped kiwi
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chopped / sliced Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Nuts

Instructions
 

  • First add honey / sweetener to the batter as per your taste.
  • Make the waffle by pouring our Crêpe dosa batter on the waffle maker and close the machine.
  • Wait for the indication to turn green then check if the waffle is ready by opening the waffle maker to see if it turned light golden colour.
  • If not let it cook little bit longer.
  • Transfer the waffle to a clean work surface.
  • Garnish it with the vegan whipping cream followed by other toppings and Enjoy!
