3tbspHummus
3tbspSoft Cheese
8 slicescucumber
16slicesJulienne carrots
8 tbspchopped smoked salmoncan also be mixed with soft cheese to get a creamy texture.
2tbsp Herbs of your choice for garnish
Instructions
First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
Once its hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
Make mini crêpe dosa with a teaspoon with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video)
Let it cook for about 1 minute until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and flip it and cook for about a 30 seconds and its just about done.
Transfer the mini crêpe dosa to a clean work surface.
Place the ingredients as per your choice on individual mini crêpe dosa .
Garnish the Crêpe dosa blinis and Enjoy!
You can choose any ingredients as per your choice to make amazing canapés.
