First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
Once it's hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel
Pour the batter to make a thick medium sized crêpe dosa like a pancake with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video).
Let it cook for 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour.
Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes and it's just about done.
Transfer the dosa to a clean work surface.
Place the sliced ham on the crêpe dosa.
Boil water in a saucepan.
Bring the heat down to medium and create a whirlpool with a ladle.
Crack open the egg in the water and wait for 4 -5 minutes for a medium poached egg.
Strain the water and place it on top of the sliced ham and dress the hollandaise sauce on top.
Garnish the dosa benedict and Enjoy!
