Falafel dosa - Plant based

Scrumptious falafel dosa made with our crêpe dosa batter.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 portion Crêpe Dosa batter for 1 crêpe dosa
  • 3 pcs Falafels cooked
  • 1 handful slaw / salad
  • 3 tsp hummus
  • 1 tsp hot sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
  • Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
  • Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
  • Once its hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
  • Make the plain crêpe dosa with our Crêpe dosa batter by spreading out the batter in a circular motion using the back of the ladle and make a thin crêpe.(check out the video)
  • Let it cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and flip it and cook for about a minute and its just about done.
  • Transfer the dosa to a clean work surface .
  • Spread hummus over followed by some hot sauce , if you like. pile on the slaw / salad and place the falafels on top.
  • Roll up the Falafel Crêpe Dosa and Enjoy!
