Dosa brunch - Plant based

Healthy brunch made easy with crêpe dosa batter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 portion Crêpe Dosa batter
  • 2 tbsp Hummus
  • 1 1 Cherry tomato can be any tomato
  • 1 tsp Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
  • Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
  • Once it's hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
  • Pour the batter to make a thick medium sized crêpe dosa like a pancake with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video).
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour.
  • Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes and it's just about done..
  • Transfer the dosa to a clean work surface.
  • Spread the hummus on dosa followed by sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes.
  • Garnish the dosa and Enjoy!
