Blinis - Plant based

A must try recipe for friends and family and very easy to make it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 portion Crêpe dosa Batter
  • 3 tbsp Hummus you can alter it with your own choice of topping
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Soft cheese you can alter it with your own choice of topping
  • 8 slices Cucumber
  • 16 sliced Julienne carrots
  • 8 sliced Sun dried tomato
  • 2 tbsp Herbs of your choice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
  • Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
  • Once its hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
  • Make mini crêpe dosa with a teaspoon with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video)
  • Let it cook for about 1 minute until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and flip it and cook for about a 30 seconds and its just about done.
  • Transfer the mini crêpe dosa to a clean work surface.
  • Place the ingredients as per your choice on individual mini crêpe dosa .
  • Garnish the Crêpe dosa blinis and Enjoy!
  • You can choose any ingredients to make amazing canapés.
