Mix berries & Cinnamon Dosa - Plant based

Mix berries sweet treat can be made with crêpe dosa batter

  • 1 portion Crêpe Dosa batter for 1 crêpe dosa
  • 1 handful mix berries
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup


  • First add sweetener to the batter as per your taste.
  • Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
  • Once its hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
  • Make the plain crêpe dosa with our Crêpe dosa batter by spreading out the batter in a circular motion using the back of the ladle and make a thin crêpe.(check out the video)
  • Let it cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and flip it and cook for about a minute and its just about done.
  • Transfer the dosa to a clean work surface .
  • Spread the mix Berries over followed by dusting some cinnamon powder and drizzle some maple syrup on top.
  • Enjoy the sweet treat!
