First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
Once it's hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
Pour the batter to make a thick medium sized crêpe dosa like a pancake with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video).
Let it cook for 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour.
Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes and it's just about done..
Transfer the dosa to a clean work surface.
Spread the hummus on dosa followed by sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes.
Boil water in a saucepan bring it to boil and bring it down to medium heat and create a whirlpool with a ladle.
Crack open the egg in the water and wait for 4 -5 minutes for a medium poached egg .
Strain the water and place it on top of the sliced avocadoGarnish the dosa and Enjoy!
