Instructions
First add sweetener / honey to the batter as per your taste.
Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
Once it's hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/ vegan butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
Pour the batter to make a thick medium sized crêpe dosa like a pancake with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video).
Let it cook for 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and it cooks quicker if you cover with a lid.
Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes and it's just about done.
Garnish it with the chocolate spread followed by other toppings and Enjoy!
