Waffle Dosa - Sweet treats

Ingredients
- 1 portion Crêpe Dosa batter
- 1 tbsp Honey / Sweetener
- 1 tbsp Whipping cream
- 1 tbsp Chocolate flakes
- 1 tbsp Sliced / chopped kiwi
- 1 tbsp Fresh chopped / sliced Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Nuts
Instructions
- First add honey / sweetener to the batter as per your taste.
- Make the waffle by pouring our Crêpe dosa batter on the waffle maker and close the machine.
- Wait for the indication to turn green then check if the waffle is ready by opening the waffle maker to see if it turned light golden colour.
- If not let it cook little bit longer.
- Transfer the waffle to a clean work surface.
- Garnish it with the whipping cream followed by other toppings and Enjoy!

Mix berries & Cinnamon Dosa - Sweet treats
Mix berries sweet treat can be made with crêpe dosa batter

Ingredients
- 1 portion Crêpe Dosa batter for 1 crêpe dosa
- 1 handful mix berries
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- First add sweetener to the batter as per your taste.
- Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
- Once its hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
- Make the plain crêpe dosa with our Crêpe dosa batter by spreading out the batter in a circular motion using the back of the ladle and make a thin crêpe.(check out the video)
- Let it cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and flip it and cook for about a minute and its just about done.
- Transfer the dosa to a clean work surface .
- Spread the mix Berries over followed by dusting some cinnamon powder and drizzle some honey on top.
- Enjoy the sweet treat!

Pancake dosa - Sweet treats

Ingredients
- 1 portion crêpe dosa Batter
- 1 tbsp Honey / Sweetener
- 1 tbsp chocolate spread
- 1 tbsp chopped / sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp whole / sliced Fresh raspberries you can alter it with your own choice of fruits
Instructions
- First add sweetener / honey to the batter as per your taste.
- Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
- Once it's hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/ vegan butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
- Pour the batter to make a thick medium sized crêpe dosa like a pancake with our Crêpe dosa batter (check out the video).
- Let it cook for 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and it cooks quicker if you cover with a lid.
- Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes and it's just about done.
- Garnish it with the chocolate spread followed by other toppings and Enjoy!
