First add salt to the batter as per your taste.
Preheat your good quality, non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat .
Once its hot, lower the heat to low medium heat and lightly grease the pan with small amount of oil/butter and wipe away any excess with a sheet of paper towel.
Make the plain crêpe dosa with our crêpe dosa batter by spreading out the batter in a circular motion using the back of the ladle and make a thin crêpe.
Let it cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom surface turns light golden colour and flip it and cook for about a minute and its just about done.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese all over the top of the crêpe dosa and leave it for a few seconds to melt.
Transfer the dosa to a clean work surface .
Place a hot dog on the side closest to you ,spread some mustard over followed by some ketchup or hot sauce , if you like. pile on the caramelised onions
Roll up the crêpe dosa and Enjoy!
