The Raja Mirattar!
Our journey began in the 1930s, when our great-grandparents opened The Raja Mirattar! A restaurant known for its soulful dishes and secret spice blends, crafted using time-honoured techniques like layering skills, hand-roasting, stone grinding, and always served with love.
At the heart of our story is our grandmother, Jothiswari. She wasn’t just a cook; she was the soul of our home. Her food brought people together, and she taught us that food is more than nourishment – it’s connection, culture, and love.
Some of our fondest memories are the dabba boxes she packed, filled with homemade pickles, sun-dried herbs, and her hand-labelled spice blends.
That aroma of home stayed with us, living on in everything we create.
Though they’ve passed on, their love for food and family continues to inspire us.
Dosa_SPICE is our way of keeping that legacy alive!
